FLYER DELIVERY
We get compliments from consumers on a regular basis regarding our flyer delivery. Consumers remark at what a non-intrusive method of reminder it is. Consumers tell us that they would much rather pull a small flyer off their door at their leisure than to be interrupted by some type of solicitation. WE UNDERSTAND!
On occasion we run into some complaints regarding flyer delivery, mentioning issues such as placing the flyer away from the door or walking on the grass. We fully understand your pride of ownership and concerns and can only say that we run into these occasional problems due in part to the fact that we contract the handicapped, underprivileged and less fortunate to distribute our flyers. We feel it is yet another service we are providing to the community by providing work for these individuals.
We apologize for this brief inconvenience to your day but based on the overwhelming positive response by consumers most of us feel that giving a little back is a good thing.

PHONE CALLS
Solicitation phone calls are a pain! We agree.
In an effort to keep consumers happy and costs down, we comply with all of the ‘no call’ laws and more importantly the wishes of our customers.
The ‘no call’ law states that we can contact our customers that we have a previous relationship within the prior 18 months even if they are on the national ‘no call list’. This has not been a problem for us as most of our customers use our services several times every year.
We also have a ‘no call list’ of our own that we have had long before the ‘no call law’. We don’t want to call a customer that doesn’t want us to call them. If you would like to be put on our ‘no call list’ just ask.
We continue to call our customer base that is within the prior 18 months and not on our ‘no call list’ because overwhelmingly our tens of thousands of happy, satisfied, repeat customers appreciate the reminder. As soon as a customer is on the schedule for any of our services, they do not get any more calls until another service reminder is in season.
We do not try to harass or bother our customers nor do we telemarket non-customers for any reason. This would be self-defeating. We apologize if our reminders have been an inconvenience in any way.

SIGNS
Our sign is our brand. We have received an overwhelming positive response from consumers about our sign. Consumers tell us that they know the seasons have changed when they see our different signs all over town.
The sign serves as a great non-intrusive reminder to neighbors in your area that we are back on your block providing our services. We place our sign in the yard of our customers after we complete the service. The homeowner keeps the sign up on his/her property for as long as they like and they discard it at their leisure.
We do not know how our sign would in any way bother you but if you have a legitimate complaint regarding our sign please do not hesitate to contact us.
