I am getting collection calls

If you are receiving collection calls then our records indicate a service has been performed by one of our technicians that has not been paid for. You will be removed from our collection calls as soon as payment has been received.

If you are not paying because you are dissatisfied for any reason, we would encourage you to request a redo of your service. If you have a legitimate redo request, we will get you on our priority redo list and get you taken care of very soon.

Once your service has been performed, not paying is not an option. If you cancel after 2 p.m. the day before your service it is your responsibility to put a note on your front door telling the service technician of your cancellation as we cannot always reach every technician after they have been routed which occurs at 2 p.m. If the service you requested is completed at your residence, you owe the service fee.

You contacted us to perform a service, we provided that service and we expect prompt payment.

If no payment has been received after 21 days of service we reserve the right to seek triple damages and all collection costs incurred including but not limited to property liens and credit notification at the very least.
